Pokemon Go announced their new season GO Battle League: HIdden Gems. With this we saw a ton of move updates including buffs to walrein, dunsparce, alolan sandslash, clefable, emolga, and others with a nerf to trevenant.
This week is open great league and ultra league summer cup. Summer cup is a 2500cp league with fire, water, electric, grass, and bug typings.
I got my starting ELO of just over 2200 and a big part of that is thanks to this team that went 10-0 with. The team is very metal and includes noctowl, sableye safe swap, and registeel.

Tried this team and went 1-9 lmao. Ran into a few scrafty in the back and just general unfortunate matchups, I do think it has good play though
Noctowl only wins with two Shadow Balls from Stunfisk when the Stunfisk has 15-5-5 stats, and really no one runs that. A 15-8-8 Gfisk wins already from Noctowl.

I have finally built my Sableye after this research day and man I love this pokemon. I'm running Registeel, Sableye, Pelipper and I won almost all games. I just lost some games because of my mistakes and only 1 game because of my team getting hard countered.

About the medicham moveset, I believe the must as you said is ice psychic, but, if you run medi in the lead, power up and Psy are more effective cause you can always build up to the ice, throw power up and then tear down your oppo with punches/psychic boosted anyway + that s how you can win the mirror as well 😊
What would be a good alternative to sableye as a safe swap in this team? I got one but it's crappy 😢
This team is pure shit .. I’m tired of every season I come on YouTube to watch all you YouTubers teams and they’re all ass and get countered by everyone but ofc you guys always get these perfect match ups this game is bullshit

Tried this team. And of course I got hard countered every single time. I just fail to understand how this game works. It's so incredibly frustrating that it's just taking out all of the fun for me. I absolutely hate this so called algorithm. You will see Pokemon which you never see otherwise. Incredibly annoying. Glad to hear you got a winning streak out of this. Keep it up
