The Mythical Wishes season of pokemon go is on now with new pokemon and a new Great League, Ultra League, and Master League meta and teams.

The Ultra League and Great League Holiday Cup edition is on. For ultra league, Pidgeot was my MVP before and the pairing with Cobalion makes it a super strong team. Added on jellicent to deal with swampert and fire type pokemon like talonflame.

    I've been running a similar core of Pelipper and Cobalion, as it neutralises Fire, fighting and ground weaknesses

    Pidgeot is so annoying to deal with having that Feather Dance. I mostly face it on the lead and I prefer to deal with it right there and then to get rid it…

    I really like Jelly with Bubble – Ice Beam – Shadow Ball. Especially with all these charizards & Goon leads 🙃

    Wing attack works better for me on the lead. Gust animation is too long for me

    I’m really like gira coba core, right now I’m pairing them with smorlax just because I don’t have a powered up pidgeot

    I think that when it com s to available moves to use it comes down to the player’s unique way of play! Yes Gust gives more fast move pressure but Wing Attack give opportunity’s of Baiting/Nuke his/hers opponent! No doubt the tread is there… but your own game style will determine what moves are good for ones mons!
    Also I agree with that core very strong it could go either way depending on the player’s style am opponents teams!

    Regarding Obstruct on Obstagoon vs. Cobalion, It's a horrible loss either way. PvPoke rates the matchup using Obstruct at 285 while with Cross Chop the rating is even worse at 196. I'm not trying to say that Obstruct is better, I really don't think there's a single right answer. Just offering some additional data for your consideration.
