Pokemon Go announced their new season GO Battle League: HIdden Gems. With this we saw a ton of move updates including buffs to walrein, dunsparce, alolan sandslash, clefable, emolga, and others with a nerf to trevenant.
This week is open great league and ultra league summer cup. Summer cup is a 2500cp league with fire, water, electric, grass, and bug typings.
The solstice horizons event is on from Friday June 16th until June 25th. One of the wild spawns during that ime is Hisuian Sneasel which evolved gives you Sneasler. Really this is the first time you can get a great league Sneasler.
I built a team and played Sneasel earlier this season so come check out what it can do in advance of using Sneasler.

If you want to run leafage I recommend dratrix I don't think it's Rankings do it justice I have been running it mainly to counter the mud Bois but I felt it was putting in work no matter what

I have a couple sneasels but their attack stats are a bit high to use in PvP I think. Might have to do a bit of hunting and trading 🤞🤞
I agree. Dubwool does need to be released again. I have fellow GBL trainers ask me for it many times. And as always, I say “no”. You have a chance of catching it as a GBL reward but the chance is random so… H. Sneasel is 1 pkmn that will be hunted above all else for me, I cannot wait for its release into the wild.
Azu looks like a good pair tbh. Ice beam as flying coverage. Tanky and get decently shields.
All I can imagine now is a toxicroak, hisuian sneasel, and sneasler team in the fighting cup. Throh with zen headbutt can’t beat them all

I have every GD pokemon you can imagine prepped for great league, and for 3 straight days I've been getting absolutely crushed. CANNOT catch a break on matchups. CANNOT get a consistent team going. Sometimes I swear this game is rigged. That is all.

I've caught 3 Wooloo via GBL so far this season. It's accessible. IV's are crap, but still fits within GL.
idk man, close combat and aerial ace both are underwhelming moves. feels like you're better off with toxic croak
Baby version is underated, with super fast close combat, caught people off guard most of the time. Even pressure sheild. I got alot of win using him
I caught a 0/12/12 sneasel with a cp of 1302. Should I evolve for UL
4:14 poison and fighting both resist bug. It's another Toxicroak.
