When you purify a Pokemon the stats go up +2 on each stat. IVs are read as 15 for each stat max and 5 for each part.
Btw once you get to level 31 which shouldn’t take more than a week or two you’ll get the same IVs as everyone else in the wild. So if you join a local discord they usually post wild hundos.
Also learn to fast catch and do raids with the same local discord.
