Sure why not, shadow latios is not very good and not worth powering up so its bettet to have a 100% mega latios.

I would not. Shadow latios is very useful, being the 3rd best shadow dragon attacker (4th best overall considering you can have one active mega) and a solid enough pick for master league.

If you don’t already have a good Latios to power up for mega then I would. But I already have a 98% Latios which I’ve maxxed out so for me I just kept it shadow.
