They announced the type rotation event for next month, which is the same event that Falkner and Sydney were introduced in August 2021. I believe this indicates new spotlights this time too

Think you are missing 1000 more gems coming tomorrow from Tapu Bulu LA that was part of last month’s datamine Sol. I also expect us to get 3k gems from Galar Va since we have been getting them for older VAs, but of course this is not official until it comes around
Still a short amount of gems, not sure what has happened but the game lately has been rushed in several areas and given us less events and gems, with more and more units. Certainly not looking good for the future of the game

I just had a thought: if they add a spotlight scout next update, it's sync pair is not likely to be added to the ticket pool until next year. So provided they don't decide to add the variety scout units to the common pool, we already know everyone who is going to get added to the ticket pool this anniversary.
Correct me if I'm wrong. I say this because Looker was added in August and he's not in the ticket pool yet.
