I don’t understand how that’s feasible, unless that demo is different from the one you can download to your switch in the eShop. I played last night for 30 minutes and wasn’t done.

Yeah no thanks. I touched a pro controller once at a target and it felt disgusting. Couldn’t imagine touching a console or controller in a store for an extended period of time to get 200 platinum points.

Why not just give platinum points for playing the demo at home?

I remember how demo stations used to be a lot more common. You’d go to the electronics department in Walmart and there’d be demo units for all the current systems. Fun times. In my area now, if there are demo stations, they generally seem to always be down, or they’re just there running promo videos.
