Does anyone know where to find pidgey i started two months ago and the only thing i need to finish the kanto dex is pidgey and the evovled forms but they are not spawning so is there any way to get them

Gone are the times where you had so much Pidgeys you ran one lucky egg for a fully 30 minutes evolving those to get more exp.

Yes, but sadly the way is to wait and watch. Just go with the flow and ride the waves of Niantic’ly designed events and season changes. Do not fight the current. It isn’t worth it. The next time Pidgey is featured it could be less than an hour of you playing to finish that line instead of trading with the stardust cost, and then walking it a ton to evolve. Just be patient and work on what you do see in the wild right now. Make sure you’re done with what is in front of you instead of possibly missing out trying to find what isn’t on the current menu.

Traded my last pidgey today for a shiny ponyta. Got an extra pidgeot though
You are 5 years too late. Pokémon Go got only season spawns for almost 3 years now. The days are over, where we got consistent spawns. You can only wait, till a season comes around with Kanto ‘mons

You’ll probably have to trade for it, or just wait. It’ll be back in full force, likely at the next “season” change.
This is just wild to me, I’ve caught more than a platinum flying badge worth of pidgey alone. I realize this is definitely a problem for newer players, but Niantic need to do a better job of rotating spawns.

You unfortunately just missed them, there was a spotlight hour earlier in the year and an April Fools Pidgey event. Likely be back soon though.
I think if you attend the next community day event in your area you will find numerous people willing to friend you and make the trades you need. Join your local PokémonGo Facebook group or similar and attend the next raid hour or something like that. There have to be local people who will help you out! Even just walk your nearest park and look for people who are playing. Good luck!
It’s a game of patience. It’ll be back. Concentrate on what’s happening at the moment and before you know it, pidgey will be around so much you’ll get as bored with it as most other players are!
I’m sure there is somebody willing to trade a pidgey to you but otherwise I don’t think it’s currently available

They are around. Not as common as a mo th or so ago. I found 4 in one area just last week and 2 last night. They are definitely around
