This is the first anime game I played as a kid, I didn’t know it at the time..

I absolutely adored this game as a kid. I played the hell out of it on my PS3 when they released it digitally there. Excited to get back into it

Contrary to popular belief, despite its association to the original PlayStation, Tomba is not a Sony IP.
So, before people starts calling for Ape Escape and Parappa, let me tell you now, those are actual Sony properties. It’d take a literal miracle for those to drop on Nintendo.

I only had the demo version and played it more than other games. It was fabulous. But the game was called TOMBI!

I only ever played it on the Demo disc that came with the console but kid me must have really enjoyed it but because I still fondly remember it.

This is the only game whose demo I played 100 times but never got to play the full version. I was going to buy it now that my ps1 is working but it’s expensive. This is awesome

Seriously great news, again I’m one who had played the demo to death as a kid but never owned the full game.
As both Tomba 1&2 were developed originally by Whoopee Camp and only published by Sony at the time, I can’t see any reason why Tomba 2 couldn’t also be released on the switch – perhaps that’s in the pipeline
