Theres a
bugfeature that allows you to auto catch using great and ultra balls (only when youre specifically out of red pokeballs).1a) select great or ultra balls (whichever one you want, as long as you have 0 red balls).
1b) enable autocatching.
2) wait until it blinks red thrice after trying to catch something, indicating that youre out of red pokeballs.
3) go into settings and disable autothrow, and then close settings.
4) it will now autothrow your great or ultra balls, depending on what you chose in step 1a.
If you want to switch from great to ultras (or vice versa), you need to repeat the entire preocess above, but the feature is still very nice and I hope it doesn't get fixed.

For anyone who has the new pokemon go plus +, you can make it auto catch pokemon with great or ultra balls without pressing the button.
1. Make sure auto catch is on.
2. Select great/ultra ball in the manual mode.
3. Pair the device and once it starts auto catching the first pokemon, turn off the auto catch and it should automatically continuing autocatching with the blue or ultra balls.
I've tested it a few times and works perfectly.
The new update that dropped today has really improved the performance of the original pokeball plus. Large W.
I noticed that if I'm sitting still, I have to go into the device settings then back out and it'll start to catch. It will eventually catch if I don't do that, but it takes like 30 seconds.
Head up I got it today if you turn on auto catch and then exits the settings go back in and turn it off it will auto catch with the selected ball

Is there a way to turn off the sounds on this device? I don’t want it to make sounds at all, I don’t see the purpose of that. You can’t really use this thing without letting everyone know, that’s really annoying!

a friend got it due to work (aka have to stay in 1 spot) but its at a good location with a good amount of Pokemon around.
>____> auto-catch seems to be meh if you aren't moving so this might not be the best for those who were thinking it can help you catch shiny during CD events if you work inside an office building while thinking it can help you catch enough to pop up 1 shiny.

Hope for a fast 3rd Party Catcher with Auto catch with all balls.
What I like is the fact, that you can connect by only tap the button on screen. Will makes it way way better to (re)connect and have the device in the jacket, bag, where ever. Hopefully you can switch off, vibration and sounds.
For me it’s a game changer. I still not catch many Pokémon by my own, with autocatch great/ultra balls I will really only catch extrem specific Pokémon by hand and 99.9% auto.
Funfact, Niantic will profit… cause I ll buy the last 1000 storage I can buy.
You can’t turn off VIBRATION. Every time you catch something it vibrates like 5 times.

Is it possible to hold the button down using a rubber band to enable it to auto catch using great and ultra balls?. Has anyone tried this?.
The go ++ isn't on sale in my country until July 21st so im curious to hear some feedback from those who have used it already. I will 100% be sniping the wires on the vibration motor as soon as it arrives, but if there is a way of making it auto catch using great/ultra balls that would be awesome. I know the rubber band trick worked on the original device so it would be cool if it worked on this as well.
I like it so far. I wish there was more of a delay when a mon was detected, like for a few seconds to have a chance to throw a great/ultra with a button press instead of the autocatch pokeball..but I'm still eager to get out with it today and see how it does out playing.
I actually had mine auto catch with great balls with auto catch off. Interesting.

This product has shortcomings. Can't wait for the third party versions as they'll improve on this.

Thank you for this video. Got mine on Friday, had to close out of PoGo, then delete game all together and reinstall. My game was freezing/glitching got two days. Yes, had latest update on everything. But I’ve noticed with stuff I’ve already caught, it seems like it doesn’t want to catch it again. Just realized with your video that if I want to catch it, then hit button and push out the great/ultra ball. Will it ever catch the ones already caught without having to do that? I have everything on auto to catch, but doesn’t seem to do it???!

Imo it doesn't really live up to my expectations. I've already got the Dual catchmon and don't think I'll be upgrading until the following is offered on the plus plus:
Catch with great/ultra without needing to press the device, able to turn off sounds and vibration. Else it's a no buy since i need to use it at work and can't be pressing it/have it vibrating
I set mine to ultra and great balls and it stops catching. But when i change it back to normals balls it catch’s non stop like it’s supposed to. Anyone know how to fix this?
Why do people cheat. So many tainted accounts in Pokémon GO now. If you have so-and-so, Pokémon who cares. You didn’t catch it.
