400 is a very low number. Very few shadow Pokemon can be shiny in a rotation. And a hundo is a 1/4096 chance.

1/250 odds on the very few Pokémon that can be shiny from grunts (currently Meowth, grimer, pineco, mawile, kanto starters)
1/64 rate on leaders.
If you have 400 total, you have only done ~57 leaders.
And for the others, that only leaves 5 grunts with possible shiny encounters.
Unless you bought 400 radars and only beat leaders.

You’ll get there eventually, I got my first shadow shiny at 761 grunts and my first shadow hundo at 1348 grunts 🙂 you’ll get one someday amigo
