If they’re both double move and your still losing just means you gotta switch it up cause otherwise the team isn’t bad . The teams other people use or the system puts you up against sometimes is just conveniently your weakness.

What are your moveset a for each Pokémon?

Without knowing your movesets, my main suggestions would be:
1. Replace Skarmory with a different flyer. Skarm is ok, but with all the meta changes over the last year+ it’s not nearly as good as it once was. It has a slow moveset and little in the way of coverage. You probably just want to be running Noctowl. Altaria or Pelipper would also be better.
2. Your lineup is ABA weak to Lanturn, which is a pretty big problem considering how common Lanturn is in open Great League. If you run into a Lanturn lead, you can’t stay in with Skarm because it can’t do much of anything in that matchup, and you can’t switch into Azu because you lose that matchup too. If you switch into Venu, your opponent can switch to their best Venu counter and KO it, leaving you with no way to take out their Lanturn.
If you decide to keep Skarm or replace it with another flyer, you should move Venu to the lead and then run Azu + flyer in the back. That way you can switch into your Azu against a bad lead and if they counterswap Lanturn, you can KO it with Venu and potentially let your flyer go nuts in the back with your opponent’s best flying counter gone.
