  1. What could even be on this? I thought all the games were on the 2 collections already?

The only game from the series I know is not on Switch is Valis X which I would not think would come to Switch.

Edit: found more: [Switch “Phantom Warrior Valis COLLECTION3” development decision. In addition to the PC-88 & Famicom version of “Yumegen Senshi Valis”, 5 titles “Yumegen Warrior Valis II”, “Valis III”, and “SUPER Valis: Maiden of the Red Moon” will be reprinted | Famitsu .com for the latest information on game entertainment](https://www.famitsu.com/news/202307/24310701.html)

    Google Translated from Famitsu:

In this work, we will finally record “Phantom Warrior Valis (PC-88 version)” and “Phantom Warrior Valis (Family Computer version)”, which have been requested by fans especially many times among the series works! In addition, “Yumegensen Valis II (MSX2)”, “Valis III (Mega Drive)”, and “SUPER Valis: Maiden of the Red Moon (Super Famicom)” will be added to a total of five titles, and will be reprinted as the Nintendo Switch version “Yumegensen Valis COLLECTION 5 (tentative)” with a volume that exceeds the previous title.

While reproducing the atmosphere and feel of the original version as it was, we plan to include additional functions such as “sound mode”, “visual mode”, and “rewind function”, which have been well received, so that not only fans of the time but also modern game fans can enjoy it widely.

So is this collection containing the Valis game that was on NSO, then? They said they wouldn’t do it but idk. Would be nice to own that one.

Who is buying these Valis collections? They’re outrageously expensive even when they go on sale.

  4. The releases for these collections are odd to say the least and seemed to be very disorganized. They really didn’t need to split the games into 3 different collections for such a niche series that doesn’t have a big fan base to start with. All of these games could had been included onto one cartridge since none of them take up much memory.
