Nintendo Switch

Will my account get banned?

So Nintendo recently revealed new guidelines for Nintendo accounts some are reasonable like selling codes that don’t work or selling or buying another account… But among them one caught my attention. “sharing games with others through a single Nintendo account.” So I only own 1 Nintendo switch and both me and my brother have our accounts on it with both of us owning different games and both can access our combined library. So are we in trouble? Or are we in the safe?

  1. No.

The site is hyping up a simple warning against trusting 3rd party services with your account information and/or buying from disreputable sources.

I’m pretty sure what they mean is if you owned a Nintendo Account and you gave someone else the account details so they could login on their device and have access to all your games. It’s not the same thing if you have multiple accounts on one console and you’re playing each others games.

  3. My biggest critique, complaint, is I have too many games I paid $80+ which I don’t play and I can’t trade them in for something I would play nor give them to someone like my friend’s kids. Nevermind the fact I open the store and first thing I see is Hentai simulator.
