I'm guessing that because this is a legendary/mythical list only that is why Xurkitree, as an Ultra Beast, has not been included? It's a monster electric type attacker and I've powered my lucky 98% to L40 already. Will need to accumulate some more XL candy for it to get it to L50

How Funny. I did something similar last weekend. All legendary/Myth of the best IVs for each. It helps when figuring out what to trade when the Pokémon I want is not available from the other trainer. Great video.

For Ho-Oh the legacy move Sacred Fire is the way to go, use your ETM on that and not on earthquake.
Chilldrive genisect is a spicy but brutal fighter, it bullys dragon and fairy types with the ice and steel.
