I’d say so. I’m farming Cranidos candy and have been doing pretty well with that. I haven’t caught any new shinies though but it’s luck of the draw so I’m not complaining.

Jealous of everyone getting Aerodactyls 😭 so common apparently, but not for me! I shouldn’t really complain… I’ve gotten an Amaura (traded with my friend for her Tyrunt), Anorith, and Cranidos. Also got a Roselia and a Woobat amongst the fossil spawns! I’ve never even seen shiny Woo/Swoobat before.

Dreadful luck here. Over 300 encounters each of Tyrunt and Amaura. 30+ 7km eggs, 70+ field research. Incensed spawns, route spawns, been lucky and had weather boost for more than half the event. I even, begrudgingly spent the $2 on the special research. I’m sure you can guess how many shinies I’ve caught… clue, its the same as I’ve seen… not a damn one. I hate this game.
