Pokemon Go announced their new season GO Battle League: HIdden Gems. With this we saw a ton of move updates including buffs to walrein, dunsparce, alolan sandslash, clefable, emolga, and others with a nerf to trevenant.
This week is ultra league and little jungle cup. Little Jungle Cup is a 500CP (little cup) with almost all typings allowed and both evolved and non evolved pokemon.
In this video we take a look at the top 20 pokemon for little jungle cup and 5 team ideas of the best (top) little jungle cup teams from this season of Go Battle League.

I'm sitting out. Would rather raid or just bulk up my stardust stores. This is the most whacky cup I've seen, and the amount of evolutions that would need to be under 500cp, I mean that would take an intensely dedicated hoarder to match what the top 20 have.

So I think I have a good team but we will see. I have Magneton for flyers, Durant only weakness is fire, and my 2016 Starter Charizard. The top pokemon weak to fire he should do well. Just not sure what to lead with. I’m thinking Magneton because Ducklett will probably be a major lead. Thought?
I have a 2/13/15 499 cp shadow steelix built and Altaria unfortunately no stunfisk for this cup 😅
I am having a terrible season so will be going fully sweaty in this cup. Unovan Stunfisk seems to break the Ducklett/Gfisk core. Only seems to struggle against the ices, charmers and fighters so gonna pair with Shelmet on the safe switch and… Ducklett to close.
How many more 200k dust, 500cp Pokémon do I need? 😂
I wonder if Shadow Duck is better or worse against the Gfisk teams. Seems like more of a Gfisk meta than Ducklett meta.
At least there’s no Bronzor. 🤷♂️

I love these little cups but I’m literally waiting in a line to get on a cruise so I will miss out on this cup.. my elo is wishing I missed the ultra/fossil cup week lol
I’m letting you all know right now: if I come across anyone with a ducklett and it gets down there and I’m going to lose, when you throw your last charge move, I’m closing the app and forcing you to sit there. I don’t mind losing, but if you’re going to run basic b Pokémon, I’ll treat you like a basic b.

I am not touching this league with a 10,000 foot pole. We NEVER get non-baby tiny cups, so anything I build for this cup that isn't ducklett is a waste, and I still don't have a good one, so hard skip.

Absolutely dreading this coming week… I only got into POGO in June, and when I found out there was PVP I got sooo hyped.
Quickly worked to build myself 5-6 Pokes for the Great League and had a blast, aaaalllmoosssttt reaching 2k elo.
Then the fossil cup came… and I've been walled at 1900 elo since then. These snowflake cups are ZzzZzzZ….. just rock paper scissors, hoping that you brought the correct 3 meta pokemon for that set of 5.

Can't wait until I have enough dust/candies to compete in the Ultra League, so at least I'll be able to do GL/UL next time there's a stupid niche cup

I don’t get the rules for this cup. How does it say Pokémon do not need to be able to evolve to enter the cup but then both Pokémon like ducklett, chi Chou and Dragonite/Abomasnow can join?

Shadow Steelix, Toxicroak and ducklett got me well over 200 elo today. Started at 2050ish and sit at 2331. Toxicroak has been the MVP as it seems no one fears counter in this meta yet. And Mud Bomb spam is real…

Dan, i cannot stress enough that magnemite is a sleeper pick, it's cheap and it's charge moves nuke everything except mud bois. You should definitely try it
