The game is just trolling you, nothing else. With only one exception that I was able to capture a shiny Mythical I wanted (Deoxys), every other Legendary I tried to find a shiny I didn’t, and the one I didn’t care, I found it. Yes Registeel I am talking about you.
Shiny legendaries have 100 catch rate so you should use pinap berries on them. Nice find. Shinies come when you least excpect them to

I’m curious, I know raids have what a 1/20 chance for a shiny iirc right? Does this one have an increased chance? I ask only cause I did 23 tyranitar, 20 gyarados, like 15 of the birds combined and the list could go on no shinies. Yet I’ve only done 4 of this one a 3 were shiny.
I got my own shiny Cressila last night after completing my 21st raid, funny that it was the exact next raid after hitting the odds for legendaries from raids at 1/20

ive done over 100 raids in the past 3 years and havent gotten a single shiny. last raid shiny was darkrai in late 2020
I’m in the same boat I did sixty mega ttar raids and twenty two articuno raids and not a single shiny but I’ve done eight cress raids and I’ve gotten two shinies so far
