Which of these would be the rarest?



I know none of mine or necessarily rare but which may be the least common?

    The Tirtouga or Blastoise. Costume shinies are generally very rare

    I would sacrifice every pokemon for a 100% shiny Ninetales

    Absol or ninetales. The rest are either community days, common spawns, or have a boatload of opportunities for shinies. Sheer number of players wise id bet on absol, because vulpix is a more common wild spawn than absol, and on top of that most of the time absol is research or event spawn only. But vulpix is in like 40% of events nowadays

    Edit: my b, didnt see it was two pages. Shiny Hat blastoise, Tirtouga, then Armaldo and absol, and then probably dedenne. Unless you hit up the anniversary event, or the recent fossil event, that blastoise and the fossils are basically unhuntable, literally for the blastoise. Problem with the blastoise is there has been A LOT of times, literally every year, but only 2 years for tirtouga, so id take the over under on tirtouga over blastoise
