I’m sorry you bought a port of 13 year old game $50.

I saw people on other nintendo related comments getting mad about others rightfully voicing their complaints about this game saying that people who complain are “just poor” and “well this 13 year old game with no changes with fully worth 50 dollars because you get to play this masterpiece on the go” but the issue is this is all laziest and greed from rockstar. There’s no point in them changing these small things because it’ll sell well regardless, it’s just what happens when laziest and greed is rewarded. There’s no reason the ps4/5 version should be 30fps yet they didn’t care, I can’t imagine them caring about a few campsites. Regardless, this game is a masterpiece so don’t yet your hopes up about rockstar might do and just enjoy the game

Dynamic lighting is far too expensive on Switch, big dog. It’s just that simple.
That fire emitter spawns probably 10-12 point lights out of it at any given time and moves them up and out before respawning them at the bottom again.
It’s not worth filling up the stack on a 1ghz cpu.
They could do a single point light over each fire and just have it flicker random fire colors/intensity, but, people would just complain about that too.

This game was a no buy for me anyways. Charging almost full price for this 13 year old game and it’s expansion, and you cut out the online entirely? And you couldn’t even be asked to make sure that your campfires emit light?
This just sounds like a competent version of what the GTA trilogy should have been. A half baked effort just to get more quarterly earnings out that year.
