Dragonair a great shiny but I also love my 98% dragonite. He looks great in green with purple under the wings. I don’t know why there is so much hate for shiny dragonite.

Depends on IV, if you have a perfect dratini or you play pvp and have a good pvp iv non shiny then I would invest my candy in those first and evolve the shiny when I have extra candy as shinies donāt really do much other than aesthetics
