  1. first of all.. why do hannah always have dope shirts ?:D
and second. Steves hoodie looks FIRE af.. appreciate your news podcasts keep it up guys <3

  2. I always do the seven star raid the first day until I have time to farm them then the next seven star raid is up I will go online n catch the next seven star Pokémon vice versa

  3. I remember Marilland back in the day. Didn't know about Silph Road not much of a GO player though either. Good podcast this week.

  4. Youre only going 45 minutes in a MH fight if its like a 4 monster hunt and you are alone. NO WAY are you spending 45 minutes on one monster. even if you're really bad. like 20 minutes is MAX. But it does suck to fail a hunt right before you know its about to be over and get nothing. Truly a terrible feeling.

  5. Understanding the Tera types is so simple. The Tera is it's defense, it's type is it's offense. You have to defeat the Tera type, you have to defend against the Attack type. Done.

  6. I personally only raid solo just because of how many terrible experiences I have had online. There have been more occasions than I can count where i was able to do a raid solo easily but as soon as I went online it was absolutely impossible to do. I have little to no confidence in the community as a whole to be able to complete these raids in a decent time. It also doesn't help that the same really doesn't teach anything either.

  7. I wanted Chestnaught to be steel tera just because Steel is a much better tera type for comp, and farming those shards is a pain.

  8. I did about 15-20 raids with randoms online. I think the inability to communicate is the biggest problem. I can already get my clear with friends or solo, so I like doing random raids for the experience, and to try to help people who may be struggling to get a clear.

Oh boy.. every raid is a box of chocolates though.
You’ll run with the best players, and the worst players (belly drum suicide-hands) This time around, it was really easy to carry raids with Appletun as long the team could somewhat stay alive, and I really like trying to help carry those players who don’t know what they’re doing, but are trying their best.

Iron hands players are the opposite of that. They think they know what they’re doing, and they will never learn. How can you bellydrum, die (through a reflect), and then think it’s a good idea to belly drum again as soon as you’re back alive?? OVER AND OVER it’s kind of hilarious, and I wouldn’t mind it so much if it wasn’t for the fact that many of the possible clears for players who are not knowledgeable but trying there best were hopelessly ruined by Iron Hands bellydrumming itself to death over and over again.

Anyway, I know it’s Pokémon, so they can’t really add chat or real ways give communication to the extent of being able to help people learn, but it is quite nice to dream about.

  9. Your raid builds were fantastic, Steve, but sadly, they couldn't help me in randoms full of people who see Chesnaught, think "oh, a grass type, I'll bring Charizard!" and the like. HOW DO YOU GUYS NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TERA RAIDS WORK AFTER YOU'VE ALREADY UNLOCKED 7-STAR RAIDS?

I just had to join and rejoin until we got 3/4 players with something that'd work.

  10. I am a rural player and with the many changes to the game I have decided that after summer or once I obtain shiny Jirachi I will quit Pokemon Go. Nothing against the game, but if gameplay is hindered based on where I live I will just pack up my Pokemon to Pokemon Home and simply just don't play.

  11. Pokemon already has the cheering system in raids. All communication issues will go away if they implement a booing system in raids.

  12. 22:10 Steve realizing solo raids are actually more difficult than group raids. May explain why solo players spam annihilape and iron hands. Which works for solo but not as much online

  13. I can’t wait until there’s delphox raids I absolutely love all things psychic/fantasy and delphox is a mix of both

  14. For my first Chesnaught raid I misclicked and locked in the wrong pokemon. So now I always assume underleveled pokemon in 7-star raids are misclicks and makes me feel a tiny bit less annoyed. Edit: only a tiny bit less annoyed

  15. 18:36 im so incredibly burnt out of these raids. I dont have the time to get the resources and i dont have the resources to build the mons and its just tooooo much to do.
