How do you get cells?

I would give this a shot. When you get within 100 m of the end, restart the app. Apparently if you miss it during the walk, it will try to put it on the remaining path when the game respawns. I’ve had it work a few times. I have 20 cells at the moment. It’s worth trying.

I like a challenge but between cells, Galarian birds, hatching a female Salandit, and a few other things; I’ve lost my patience with the difficulty of certain tasks..

I’m in a big city and there are 0 routes around lmao. I already preemptively gave up on it.

I don’t know if I’ll ever finish this quest, unless there are some routes that align with my weekday commute.
I just don’t have to the time to follow in someone else’s footsteps. My own are enough to keep me occupied.

I got a route nearby that I can follow back and forth since it’s literally just a straight path through the woods, pretty much do two routes each day and I have a grand total of… Two cells. Two.

I don’t mind that it’s hard to collect, since it’s a legendary after all. But at least give me more routes! The only one I found that’s closest to me is an hour away…
i tried to walk a route and it never logged me as being on it…? still don’t understand why.

If you take awhile to walk you’re spending more time. Maybe with the length more might show up???
Thankfully I have 3 routes in my town but even doing all 3 a day I still only have 30 cells after like…since routes launched

I dunno why they didn’t just make the Zy cells something you automatically get for clearing a route.

True, before college started I used to get one cell a day (I have 7). But now I’m lucky to get 1 a week
