It’s like playing in NYC, raids fill up so quickly there. I was playing with someone else and we had to make sure we entered raids at the same time or we ended up in different groups.

Same for central Osaka. I was there when Armored Mewtwo was released, within 5s of hatch there were 10 full groups

Couldn’t make it to Tokyo cuz of the typhoon last week but playing in any major city in Japan is a whole different concept from my barely a city home field. Even got to do Froakie Comm Day there

Yeah from my house I have 1 gym and 2 pokestops without even having to walk outside. If I walk outside there’s 4 other gyms all next to each other and countless pokestops. The raids get filled up so fast I’m guaranteed a win every time I get a daily raid pass.

The game is horribly designed. Your enjoyment is completely dependent on where you live and can be very disadvantageous if a person wants to play and no other person around them participates. And this is all in the day and age of “technology” and online services. Thank god the buffoons at Niantic are not the ones who invented Pokémon as it would have been a major failure if GO was our introduction to the series. That’s all.
