Just my opinion but I think the almighty god BOB
I power up for pvp purposes. Otherwise it’s really just what you need for gyms and raids. Pvp will be contingent on IVs.
that’s easy, max groudon and tyranitar and kyogre, and melmetal is good. and max metagross thise are all top tier
