i would do 2 & 3 to be honest
Personally I like shinies over IVs since they’re so negligible in battle. Also since stardust is so hard to come by I’d go with the higher lvl shiny.
I’d advise u to wait and get a better one because all of these are pretty bad, try to aim for at least a 93% or a 3* shiny
