Even if it was a hundo it would still be useless for PvE… why do you care about the IVs?
If anything these IVs could be decent for PvP which is the only time you’ll use Mew.

Mew is the last gen 1 pokemon I don’t have for my living 3 star pokedex. I got a 2 star Mew and if my shiny Mew is 2 star I might cry.

Mine sucked too, but I made it work for Great League and it’s been a lot of fun! It’s also extra cute with a buddy ribbon on it 🙂

Mine was a 3* 13/13/14.. I sent it straight to Pokémon home. Then sent it over to Pokémon scarlet, level 100 hypertrained stat maxed, fought mewtwo gained the mightiest mark, transferred back to home. Win 🏆
