    I just checked. It is the same for me. F*ck Niantic. Their so called updates are just useless and evil.

    What is Niantic’s obsession to clog up everyone’s storage? I am hoping for a solution for that. Until then, I will not take any photos. Fvck Niantic.

    I’m curious as to how this works; I just tested on iOS and this workaround is not in place (unless iOS still doesn’t have the latest version, last update was 2 days ago to 0.281.2)

    This seems to be more of a failure to enforce permissions from the OS than anything else. If Android was properly enforcing the permissions then it should be impossible to do this.
