Yeah I mean as long as you time it right everyday you should be able to complete this by doing one raid a day of a difficulty of 3 or less depending on the CP (its still a big ask though)
One a day but with almost a couple weeks grace. Also if you miss a day you can double up the next one if you have the pass.
It will be tough but I wonder after a while if the daily task one will be harder.
I can’t wait to have two Masterballs I will never use.
Free raid pass everyday and the event is 81 days long so not really.
It’s not very friendly to folks who don’t live near gyms, but it’s easily doable if you have ready access. Less than one raid a day.
you have 25 eggs with no raids? and you live in nyc? youre doing something wrong lmao
You get a free raid pass everyday so if you dont have a big community to raid you can do a onestar raid everyday and complete this task absolutely for free.
1* raids count the same as 5*.
Niantic:
This is probably the one that’ll block me. I’m not often free to go run to my nearest gym to do a raid, and I’m sure not buying 60 remote passes.
But given the rest of the tasks… it doesn’t seem unreasonable or unfair. I’m surprised how well I’m doing at the excellent throws, honestly.

I’m from NY. If you hit midtown where the tourists are, you’ll find tons of people who are joining raids and will definitely get a 5 star raid completed. Annoying yes but doable.
I’ve been using my daily passes on like stupid 1 star raids for this.
As someone who lives in a small town, this is essentially impossible for me to complete. 🙁
Not having an alternative challenge for rural players is indeed insane, game just keeps pushing people away
Just do o a 1-3 star a day. You’re in NY, they should be everywhere
Personally, I can barely get ANY excellent throws.
I’m completely blocked by this too, I’m always stuck at work and can’t always go out
Plus I’m just too poor to buy that many remote passes
Just do 1* star raids, this is very easily achievable in 80 days

Just do 1- and 3-stars by yourself. This Timed Research is one of the first reasons I’ve had to use my abundance of Premium Raid Passes in a while.
It is the most demanding one of the bunch, imho.
Where in NYC? I live in Brooklyn but work in Manhattan. I either solo a one star at a church each day or hit a 5 star on my lunch break because the lobbies fill up constantly in the high-pop centers.
In the city you have to be doing something strange to not be able to finish this research. Do you work night shift maybe?
Edit: If you’re comfortable, feel free to pm me your trainer ID. If we’re not too far apart, I’d be happy to come raid with you a couple times on weekends.
I just save the xp to claim all of the objectives at the same time with an xp egg. This is so clear that niantic indirectly wants you to buy remote raid passes. I actually hope no one buys anything so niantic doesnt get their sweet money anymore.
If you live in nyc and can’t find enough 1star raids to do, then you’re not even trying.
Level 1 raids are easy to solo. You can do atleast one a day for free.
