  1. Mystery novel in a game form – nothing new

A game as ugly as this in 2023 – now that’s surprising

I was really hoping they would re-release the Detective Pikachu amiibo with this release, but I guess not….

How does this game look worse than the 3ds version holy hell

Anyone interested in this because of the mystery solving please just play the Ace Attorney games instead. The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles even allows you to play the chapters in any order like the story jump feature listed.

  5. As much as I love the original, there’s no way in hell I’m getting this when it looks THIS bad.

The first game was just cutscenes and extremely handholding. You’re not even given the chance to solve puzzles as Pikachu does it for you and tell you the answer. You had the same experience as watching it on Youtube.

I was hoping it would be more like Ace Attorney, that is the minimum of gameplay it needed but with Pokemon.

I’ll hold out on this one, maybe watch a playthrough on Youtube. I’d maybe get it if there is confirmed improved gameplay – but it still looks like an upscaled 3DS game and not even in a good way like Miitopia.

WTF is this nonsense. I was excited when it was announced but nvm.

It took them 5 years to make this horrendous game!!! Now I understand why Pokemon S/V looks and runs like it does!
