I don’t mind the tasks in of themselves, but this event is 10 days long. Yet we first have a 7 day timegate, and now a 14 day timegate?
Getting to step 5 takes longer than twice the duration of the event. Bruh.

I must be in the minority, but I kind of enjoy these types of special research tasks: It gives you a reason to play the game every day. And it’s not that I have time to play every day, but when I do have time, these give me something to work toward.
People on this subreddit must have OCD about wanting to complete everything right away, or want to have that “first!” mentality.
I just don’t understand the complaints I read about how the tasks are either difficult or take too long to complete.
Meh, oh well. To each, his own.

Unpopular opinion (I guess, judging from other responses), but I really like the fact that this can be completed outside of the event. I’m a casual player and there’s nothing worse than “Catch 40 ghost types” when there aren’t any ghosts spawning.
Yeah, the requirements are big, but you’re not going to get caught behind a “Catch the thing that isn’t spawning right now” stopper.
