Well i have successfully submitted few pokestops but most of the time it gets neglected. So what's the proper way to submit a pokestop in safe way and which are the locations to be neglected for submitting pokestop.

Many legit players should be banned for attempting pokestops location change.
I’ve seen pictures of approved bad Poké stops ie one saying “TimberWolf Playground – recreational ground area for human maggot worm babies to learn to interact with other brood”
If you are submitting this garbage and/or approving this, you should be banned imo. You are lazy as a reviewer and nasty as a person to submit this garbage.

I will bring up a point about why these bans might happen in the first place. There is a known issue where users submit Pokestop nominations and use bot software to approve them much faster. As much a good thing they trying to achieve in the end if you start using 3rd part software to manipulate results that does deserve a ban. The same thing applies to people who purposely fake report pokestops/gyms and routes to remove from the game.
Instead of fixing the cheats in the gbl and banning the people who use them niantic b banning people who try to make the game better for everyone around them who plays come on man wtf niantic u can't be serous 😠.As per usual poke nice work exposing this with zyonik❤

I'm refusing to do any wayfarer system stuff, no scans, no new submissions, no wayfarer edits nothing since they've hijacked my ingress account and haven't fixed the wizards unite and Pogo issues I've had for many months now.

Niantic has banned me for scanning a pokestop/gym. I am on vacaction in Spain and for the firsttime i think a let me scan a pokestop that is also a gym. The moment i scanned the pokestop i got Niantic breathing down my neck for suspicious activity. And now i am bannend Thanks Niantic you made my holiday very pleasent by doing that. First take my money and then bannend me because i scanned a stupid pokestop gym in front of my Hotel Portomagno in Aguadulce Spain. Unban me please!! Jimsart73.

It unlockes at LV 38 in pkm go. The game dosn't tell you t'ho.
Go to settings and upload and it's there, of not refeesh the game.
And them banning your Go from wayfair is a violation of ToS on Go's side. And you could also ask g-play or Apple a total refund on what you spent in app from this.
One PokeStop submission I saw was a window painting of a pokemon at a retail shop. Window painting is very temporary, often just a few months. That's not worthy of getting banned, but doesn't really meet terms.
in my local area, there is a blank pokestop next to another pokestop, the blank one is new and only been there for 4 months and popped out of nowhere

the "criteria" that niantic put in the wayfarer is not work in whole world but only work in different country. for example, mural/ graffiti ie eligible and meet criteria in the europe/ america but not in some place some country in Asia, and thats making confusion and massive bann. funny 🤣🤣🤣

Be careful buying large coin boxes as well because I was banned for 30 days for making a poke stop (I don’t spoof) and you don’t get your money back if they ban you. Thankfully I only have ten dollars worth on my account but I normally buy the 50-100 dollars coin packages. I heard they can go as far back as a year to banning someone over making a stop they do not like. Thanks for always keeping us up to date on these things. I thought someone was just being spiteful and deleted my stop until your videos.
I got a threat from niantic that if I got to many bad submissions I would get banned so I stopped submitting
