Where is the Perfect Dex? I got all my Hundo at the lowest evo stage, and that adds up to 20???

   Restart the game if you haven’t already, otherwise I have no idea

   Hundo dex wasn’t brought out at start of game. Any pre-evolutions that you evolved prior to hundo dex release don’t count towards it
