Happens almost all the time. Evolve the best you have on a CD and use almost all your candy and you catch a Hundo or a better one than what you evolved in the last 5 minutes.
At least you’ll have a hundo ready to evolve for Community Day in like 3 years
It’s the difference of 3 stat points. I think you’ll be alright.
It won’t matter much short term. He’s not very good for PvP and best as raider, if that. CP isn’t optimal either. But congrats on hundo and keep for CD.

I wouldn’t stress over it. I only invest in mons that have at least 42/45 IVs because at that point there really isn’t much of a difference between that and a hundo and I know I can live with that. You did fine.
I’d say you dodged a bullet because now you can save your hundo quaxly for com day so it gets hydro canon, though we probably won’t get its com day until 2 years from now.

Same thing happened to me with an almost perfect Torchic and said fuck it this is the best I’m gonna get and the next day I found a perfect one

This is why I only ever bother powering up pvp mons, but I also don’t typically play in master league, so that helps too. If I did find myself in your situation though, I’d just buddy it.
I finally evolved a 15/13/13 Larvesta after hundreds of kilometers and 2 days after I evolved it I hatched a hundo. I know your pain friend.

Literally I got a hundo and I don’t like the design of the full evo so it’s gonna stay like that I have a 100% swampert for the heavy lifting
This is exactly one of the reasons why I use lots of tags. People only start to understand when the voices get too loud to ignore. Just gather some more candies, you’ll be fine.
Never evolve anything if it’s not perfect if you don’t need it. There will be lots of quaxlys in the future.
Delete the other one, pretend you never evolved it.
