i don't see how this is going to work correctly. When I am in the city with my wife, according to the game, we are always hundreds of feet apart. In fact, prior to the doubling of the gym distance, we had to separate in order to do a raid at the same gym …. I am envisioning a party of four playing together IRL, but in the game, the party is apart from each other, and walking in random directions.
This feature should have been in the game at the same time as raids came out. Too little too late. Is the ship righting itself? Is this a desperate attempt to get people not to panick while it's sinking?
let me leak the leak ! these friends feature is for route. When your in a route you can use incense and your group can see the pokemon you spawn from the incense and all people in the group can catch them. It's going to be crazy.. if its a shiny is it going to be shiny for all of them??

Theres absolutely no way the groups are going to let rural players play in cities, niantic aint that nice.
I think you get some bonus if you are in a group.
Boni like, 10EP more for catching, 5 less Dustcost for trades, maybe 1 spawn more on routes or Konfetti by walking, 50%faster scanning Pokestops.
I bet Niantic will give soon rewards ingame for submit bad Pokestops.
Honestly, I would be satisfied if I could see the group member on the map.

No one is going go do this. Discords are dead, groups are dead, have been for a while. No one is doing the shadow raids rn. I just don’t believe people will do it. Maybe, just maybe, if it’s free.

For page 5, the only recommendation i would make is to prioritize powering up GL PVP IV’s. Since they are the cheapest to power up and GL is just a great meta.
I've been playing since 2016 and i still don't have a single lvl 50 Pokemon and these dudes are maxing legendaries using hacks💀
What's the point of the game
Features that we want:
1] Chat system to text friends within app
2] Send friend requests to gym trainers and interact with them [really helpful for building a community especially in rural areas with limited gyms and stops]
3] Increased spawns [helpful in rural areas]
4] Increased range of gyms for battling with daily passes
5] Increased number of max pokecoins per day [maybe to 75]
6] Decreased price of remote raid passes
7) No limit on remote raid pass
If you guys want some features that I missed, comment here, I'll add it into my comment.
Really hope PokeAK would bring this to niantic's notice.
Maybe you can do guaranteed lucky trading if they add you to the group ???

I think it will allow you to see players within a specified radius. Like we all have gone into a raid and wondered where the other players were physically; this will likely display their avatar on the map…maybe??
I was thinking it's just going to be like in person you'd have up to 4 people on the map that's in ur group not you picking who you can be in a group with across the world I could be wrong but think it's just in person poke I hope I'm wrong
Yeah no way they limit remote raids to then let you join their party and raid with them in their city from the comfort of your home lol
More than likely all it is is adding your friends onto your game screen and “walking with them”. It’s just nonsense tbh. I love my buddy Weavile, but the little prick gets in the way more often than not when I’m grinding, add to that rocket balloons and rocket pokestops then endless notifications from raids nearby, friend gifts opened, what they got, them sending a gift back, pokemon in gym needing berry or getting kicked out. Oh now we also get “Route Nearby” notis as well…
all of it is just annoying and gets in the way when you’re grinding hard. This will be no different, but hey it’s content! Not like the game needs fixing 🤷♂️
Omg, today I got into a random battle with you, Poke AK. It was a good battle. I used carbink, toxapex, and greninja. You won this battle, it was very close. If your A. Marowak didn't KO my greninja with Shadow bone, then I would have won.
