In a vacuum every stat is as rare as the other as they all have the same probability of showing up. A 100% is as likely as a 52%, 23%, or a 0% when no other factors are included so every stat is equally rare…
But with weather boost, there is a baseline stat so theoretically stats lower than the weather boost baseline are rare including 0%. So it is theoretically rarer overall, but rly idk why ppl ask how rare something is since without weather boost, all the stat rarities are the same.

Idk what everyone is talking about, meltan is the easiest pokemon to get, you can catch hundreds of them off of free incenses every few days. So imo, likelyhood is a bit higher than others. Be a bit different if it was shiny.

You can type 4* in the search bar to find perfect Pokemon. Google for a list of commands and slang.
There are extremely rare Pokemon hard to find in the game as they were released during events and such. Those are the holy grail.

I think the 0/0/0 is as rare as a 15/15/15. My understanding is that stat rolls are on a bell curve. Obviously less utility in a 0/0/0 but if you’re a collector only you will really know you have it but sometimes that can be nice 😀
