Can anyone tell me what’s going on here?


1. If this is level 1 why is the level bar not all the way to the left?

2. Why is the cp not increasing when I go to power it up?

    The CP formula has a floor of 10 CP, so even if a pokemon’s CP would end up lower than 10, it will get rounded up to 10 automatically. This means that if a pokemon has incredibly low base stats (like Feebas), it can sometimes remain at 10 CP for a couple of the early levels, because its CP actually comes out to a value lower than 10 before it’s rounded up to 10.

    First and foremost, you aren’t stupid.

    Poke Genie says this Feebas is at Level 2. If you download the app, you can “Import” this picture, and see for yourself. Feebas has one of the lowest CPs in the game. I didn’t know about it “rounding up to 10” either.

    That probably means this pokemon is corrupted, you should transfer it asap if you don’t want to risk losing your account

    Probs shouldn’t waste the candy powering it up anyway. Just buddy it, run 4 5ks in a row, and use the candy to evolve it.

    The actual value of your pokemon is below 10 cp. However, pokemon go has a floor level of 10. You need to level up to get above that calculated 10 cp first. A perfect level 1 is at 3, a perfect level 2 is at 12.

    I can’t make my own post in this group because I don’t reddit enough… BUT I “adventured” (walked 20km) with my shiny feebas and now it’s showing an Errror and zero km and it’s just kind of stuck. I can’t evolve it and can’t restart the adventure. Any suggestions?

    You can’t ask a woman (let alone, a shiny one) to change with one candy. Shower her with more first!

    buddy of mine has a cp 9 squirtle with a party hat. I thought that was pretty cool.

    WOW I got the exact same CP shiny feebas, but I didn’t get that glitch…. at least I don’t think I did. probably blindly dumped candies on him.
