Seeing how much greedy DeNa has become recently, I think each sync pairs rate will be 0.4%, which means 2% when combined all of them like seasonals.
If someone wants a team rocket executive instead of Giovanni, then they should first wait for free random ticket scout.
They maybe get their favorite for free instead.
I'm hoping to get all 4 admins, since I have the goal to have all Johto Sync Pairs

I never liked variety scout I really hope they will become permanent soon just like what they said ever since the first variety scout, never pulled on them glad I did but they were tempting to say the least 🙁
It's sad to say that this game has entered the pay to win route. Now my luck suddenly dropped. Like am getting more 5 stars from 10 paid gems multi than a master fair non paid multi. And continuously 3 dead multi to be exact 👍😂. I guess soon I'll be leaving this game
The executive ticket is given if all players complete the Giovanni co-ops missions enough times (I believe 400,000 times combined).

The triple variety scout (Lucas, Lyra and Krys) had à 1.5 % chance each. I believe in this case, it could be Giovanni at 1.5, and the others at 1
it says that giovanni puts ground zone when he throws his EX sync move, so he wont be able to put sandstorm again but at least he already puts it for so many turns with his extend duration and u will probably end the battle so fast or will be using him with a sandstorm support anyways.
