Both are decent but gardevoir gets used more for me since there’s so many solid fighting types

I’d choose Gardevoir – it’s a lot more useful. Pretty amazing against dragons and overall good generalist. Gallade is outclassed as a fighting type by various relatively common pokémon (Machamp, Conkeldurr).
Hundo Gallade is rarer, though, so depends what you’re after.

A hundo Gallade is definitly rarer as others have said. A hundo fairy Gardevoir with the potential for mega is probably more useful though.
