What do the rings under the pokémon mean?
How rare are 4 star pokémon?
Other than 4 stars, should I put effort in powering up and evolve pokémon that are high 3 stars? What is IV?

i might ask more questions in here too if i get anymore 😭
1. I sadly don’t know what the rings under the pokemon mean I think they are just there as a design thing but I can be totally wrong
2. 4 stars are pretty rare
3. It’s definitely worth evolving/powering up high 3 star pokemon in my opinion bc coming across 4 stars for each pokemon can be hard
4. IV is the individual value (attack, defense, and HP) for your Pokémon you can check them by going to your Pokémon and hitting appraise!
Also have fun!!
Yes that happens. There are things called raids now too where we battle at a gym for pokemon.
Rings around Pokémon:
everyone but wooper has the standard wild spawnPokémon multi-ring ring.
Wooper has the sort of wispy ring around it meaning it’s weather boosted (certain things like
More stardust while catching, and higher IV happen when catching a weather boosted mon). All determined by the weather found in the top right corner.
Everyday you’ll get a “daily spawn” which is a guaranteed Pokémon spawn no matter your location. It will have one solid thick line with an aura around it
