Been playing since launch. Decided early on not to bother with a team, and just work on filling up dex entries. I tend not to spend cash on mobile games, so I’ve been stuck at the base level storage for items and pokemon.
I’m also pretty casual (no raids, or gyms allowed), so it’s taken a while, but I finally hit my goal. I suppose I should probably join a team, because evidently you need 30 raid wins to level up even further.

Since you can’t interact with gyms, you also can’t earn coins, right? And since you play F2P, that means not buying coins, so how do you expand your Pokemon/Item storage, or do you not do that?

If your partner is blue, I’d suggest choosing a different team just in case gyms in your area don’t change very often. I had to create another account just to get my mon from a gym recently because my daughter,wife, and I are all mystic

Curious how you do all of this with the limited storage and pokeball id go crazy not being able to hold onto pokemon due to limited amount of space and no gym to give you token
