According to Eurogamer:

The only reason I can think that this got taken down was because it has the wrong rating. It should probably at least be a T for teen if there’s drinking and driving in the game.

Folks have no idea the garbage that lands on the eShop. You can spend a week making a game on a Free Software and guarantied you have a 90% chance it lands on the eShop or any App Store
