I really agree on your list
If you have Drake he is essentially Rosa but he can raise Special Defense and still refill your gauge on top of raising defense. I have him and Rosa pretty much as a main stay and go for striker like Shauntal or Oliva
Rosa is not the only 5 star f2p character
