Shadow Lugia is in raids for the first time ever in Pokemon GO. I went around with a group of trainers in Madrid, Spain, to do as many raids as we could, and I was able to get one of the rarest Lugia after doing a handful of raids.

i did 20 raids for shadow lugia, first one was a shiny but with bad IV and rest werent shiny nor 100%, best one ive got was 92% i think

Was in San Francisco on a bike and was catching Raids back-o-back at the last second. Caught a Shiny with 13/13/6. I’m satisfied.
