So I read that these old eggs don’t actually give you a 2016 Pokémon, but have a boosted chance of being a lucky Pokémon and I’m a bit stuck. I like having the egg as it’s old, but it’s getting annoying leaving it there. Does anyone know what the chance of this being a lucky Pokémon is? And what Pokémon I could even get from this egg? It does not show a list of potential Pokémon under it like other eggs do.

It’ll be a 2016 Pokémon. The Pokémon from eggs is determined when the egg is _received_, not when it _hatches_.
I’m not sure but as far as i know the hatched pokemon would be 2016 pokemon. But there’s no chance for it to be lucky since there will be no 2016 tag on the pokemon. I hatched a 2017 egg recently but there’s 2017 tag
I’d try hatching, perhaps save it for a special occasion.
You can still see egg obtain data under the hatched pokemon.
It’ll be a Mon from the 2016 pool, but it will be considered as a 2023 Mon for lucky trade odds
