What the title says. It’s a S tier shadow we all know this. The attack IV isn’t the best. I plan to fully level a shadow and double move it to level 50. Then again for this one maybe just lv40 it? I hunted several raids during the rocket event and all were trash. Figures I get one now from a balloon but I’ll take it.
Legitimately, if this was yours, would you max it, lv40 it, or just leave it be?
