First 2 ran away after landing a great throw every single time, then the 3rd one glitched tf out and stole my raid pass

    Aren’t all shadow legendaries guaranteed capture?

    Do you lock the circle when you catch? If you throw 10 excellents with golden berries the odds you catch the legendary are greater than 90%

    I’ve had that glitch happen to me before and it’s the most infuriating thing ever. Niantic really needs to fix their game

    This reminds me of this guy back in 2017 when legendary raids were new to the game. Whenever he fails to catch it, he smashes his phone to the ground and throws fits. His raid group constantly needs to calm him down. They nicknamed him “Bear”.

    Ouch, that’s tough. Keep trying, consecutive great throws should be sufficient, usually.

    Or… reinstall the app first. It seems like you may have what I encountered some weeks ago. Suddenly pokemons were nearly impossible to catch and they just broke out of the balls no matter what (ironically, that excluded raids for me). Some updates later and that ‘feature’ disappeared again.

    Do you circle lock and curveball and golden razz? Excellent date quite easy to hit with articuno but even with great throws the chance to catch is quite high unless you’re massively screwing something up
