Is this guy worth evolving? Is Quagsire good enough to warrant getting rid of this cute smiling face?

Quagsire is a very happy delight! When you feed and pet him, his grin is even bigger than Wooper’s. I don’t know how Quag vs Wooper is in PVE/PVP, but Quagsire brings me joy.
