Every time I try and catch Jirachi at the end of the thousand year slumber quest, it runs away as soon as the 3rd ball hits it and then I get the error 25 message.
I have tried restarting the app but still not working.
I read that it needs to be caught in AR but as in the second picture, there is no AR button
Any idea how I can catch it?

Can you make sure the OS of your device is up to date? What device are you using? Have you sent a message to Niantic?
Do you have enough normal pokeballs in your inventory? That’s usually the issue
Someone had the same issue the other day with Jirachi or Mew. Stack up a bunch of red balls and try again.
