Beyond the Hype. I created this series as there is a lot of click bait and false impressions of pokemon and I want to give you a real in depth analysis of whether a pokemon is worth spending dust and candies on.
Pokemon GO has just announced the Adventures Abound season featuring the pokemon found in the Paldea Region. This season of GO Battle League features a significant move updates includes nerfs, buffs, and new moves. In total it came with over 150 move updates.
With all these move updates, this video will focus on pokemon that received a significant buff for this upcoming season of GO Battle League either through moves specifically being buffed or access to new moves.
This week it is great league and electric cup. Electric Cup is a 1500CP (Great League) where pokemon with an electric subtyping are eligible. However, there are banned pokemon including heliolisk and charjabug.

I evolved 12 Luxrays hoping for hidden power ground and all I got was this lousy T-Shirt.
I got real lucky on day 1 and ended up running the hard counter to this team of A-Gravler, Hisuan Electrode & Galvantula. Went 23-2 on day 1 & 21-4 day 2. Let's see if the meta shifts today for day 3. Great Video Dan BTW as always…
It’s taking two shields and two Pokémon to take H Electrode down. His energy ball is just too spammy and even with two rock types and a lantern I’m still getting blasted by this H Electrode.
If your playing this cup you must have H Electrode. If not your doomed to a losing record.
